At Amelia Island this 1967 Toyota 2000GT prepped by Shelby is heading to auction by Gooding and Company.
I'd be surprised if it it isn't a million dollar car. If not a multi-million one.It will be interesting to see much dough this pulls in versus a regular 2000 GT. But safe to say it'll be over $1 million.
I just read it could go for more than $2.75 million!I'd be surprised if it it isn't a million dollar car. If not a multi-million one.
If that's how much a very special 2000GT goes for, I don't want to know where LFA prices will be years from now.The hammer dropped on the 2000GT at $2,535,000! It's now on top of the list of most expensive Japanese vehicles sold at non-charity auctions.

As more people shift towards EVs and less flagship ICE sports cars get produced, classics like the 2000 GT will only increase A LOT in value. Won't be surprised to see these getting close to $5 million by 2030.That's such a beauty. I can't imagine how pricier will it be a couple of years from now.
That's a huge price but still quite worthy as retro stuff have their significance and nothing can match that.As more people shift towards EVs and less flagship ICE sports cars get produced, classics like the 2000 GT will only increase A LOT in value.
