As Nissan works on the 400Z, Honda is getting ready to release a new version of the Civic Type R. New spy photos are out that show a prototype doing some testing. What's interesting is Honda trying to disguise it as a BMW, despite the spoiler being a dead giveaway.

Looks like the next Civic will be even bigger than the current one. Ridiculous.

It might be, but there's also a lot of camo on this prototype to try and make it look like a BMW.

I wonder how much longer we have to wait until Honda pulls the cover off the Type R.

Honda can’t even make the Civic and they’re driving this type R on the streets for the last 2 years. I wonder if any of the car manufacturers have learned anything over the past 2 years.
Its all getting very old .

I could be wrong, but this might be an effective way to keep people away from buying something comparable. If true, they probably built up a lot of demand for the new Type R by keeping hype machine well oiled.
