This is first Video but second spy with photos released a few weeks back.
The kicker...they don’t appear to be the same car as the camo on them are completely different.
Exciting times ahead, there has to be some news coming soon given they are out on public roads, all be it incognito

Summer testing is just beginning in AZ heat, hopefully no design issues discovered to delay any deliveries in 2022, hmmm.

Where did you get the information that is was for heat testing?
Where did you get the information that is was for heat testing?

nissan has a whole facility out there that tests all the extreme conditions. heat testing is one of the main reasons its located where it is.. they got also this thing that simulates downpours to see if the car leaks. got the stress test bumpy surface areas that try to wreck the suspension ect ect. its very common to see the preproduction cars there especially during the high temperature season

years ago I knew a guy that was one of the head testers out there during the GTR years.I met him out in Austin at Circuit of Americas when I helped nissan organize this NISMO driving academy. He was telling me Arizona was to try to subject the cars to conditions that were beyond what the owners could do to their own car in real life as far as overheating ect

So glad Nissan added that bar to the upper portion of the grille. Too bad nothing else changed from previous prototype spottings to this but at hopefully soon they start shedding some camo!

we did
Don’t add anything to that grille, it’s signature! Let the aftermarket do what they want.

That’s just tape, not a bard on the grill.
Closeups of the Z Proto even show that the whole grille is not open. The smaller rectangles at the top, only two of the four rows are are open... above the larger rectangles below.

The prototype appears to have covered the closed section of the grille with camo tape... unknown why they would emphasize that, rather than just leaving it as blacked out negative space.

They're probably doing that to mess with us and everyone else looking for prototypes.
