Has anyone tried this crankcase breather filter that goes on your valve cover?

Pretty sure the engine already has a crankcase ventilation system. The Infiniti Q60 Red Sport shares the same engine and I've never seen that suggested on the Q60 forum since Dec. 2016

I know a lot of people on other platforms run breathers like to this release pressure. I haven't seen it on the VR30 yet so I thought I would ask if anything knows about it. Or are they only needed on high power applications?

The common mods for this engine are BOVs and Oil Catch Cans. You can check the Q50 and Q60 forums. Like I posted, I've never seen anyone suggest a crankcase breather filter.
