Considering the oem wheel is supposed to be 19x10 in the rear and the previous gen nismo came with a 19x10.5 my guess is that this would be an 11" or wider wheel in the rear easily.

Whoever made this rendering needed to not put the Z so low and make the wheels fit better. The wheels look good but I need to see it on a better rendering.
