Here's what the optional red interior should look like.
TAN 100%!!! Why don’t more automakers offer the most attractive color for leather in an automobile? Look at Ferraris, Lambos, Porsches, etc.. British racing green exterior with tan leather seats and a black dash please!!! I know it’s not gonna happen but maybe if enough open their mouths… The Red doesn’t look bad to my eye but the blue just doesn’t strike a chord. Absent tan seats, I’ll have to take black by default. I had two 280ZX’s (one red on black and one copper on tan leather with a brown dash). The tan seats were gorgeous and that color leather is fitting for any sports car. That they’re not offered on the Z is very annoying.I love the blue... but maybe not enough to actually get it. I'd like a nice tan
Red looks better than the Blue but I will save decision until I see them in person. White exterior with blue inside might be cool. Red inside with a Blue car looks weird in the 1st picture. I think With red and blue cars you need to just go black. The colors will never match and using the alternate strong colors is just too much. Here's what the optional red interior should look like
My first car at 17 was a 1991 Mazda Miata that was a limited edition British racing green and orange tan leather seats....I loved that carI’d pass out if they did a forest green color with the black roof and tan/burnt orange leather inside. Would be an amazing combo.
Yea I totally agree. Same with red car, blue interior. I am not sure about the all blue inside and out . What they need is a blue accent version where you have blue stripes and stitching on the inside but more black. I would be worried about getting overwhelmed but I save that opinion for seeing it in person. Could be amazing. My 350z and 370z just had boring black (I think there was red stitching?) which really just is too tame. My current Z4 (I know but it still has a Z in the nameSince I want a blue car, red interior would look horrendous on it
If they don't, I think the new Z is nice enough to get a custom tan interior done.As many, myself included, have mentioned - Nissan has a pretty lovely tan interior already in production. I would bet that it will eventually make its way into the Z, same as I believe the trim range will eventually be expanded.

Yeah I would've expected this to be all red just like they went all out with the blue. I really like the contrast here with the red and black.Interesting! Looks as though the interior options will be more unique than anticipated.
