I know this was already answered but I’ll add that they’re lock boxes so a salesman can go directly to the car with his key to open the box rather than search through a wall of keys in the main sales office. Carmax has these on their cars.

Guam's currency is USD, so I'm curious do those selling prices mean those are marked up / adjusted?
I mean it would make sense they are since literally no one can get them lol.

Key lock boxes. We used to use them here in the states, but at least in larger markets, they went away when the crooks figured our you just bust the windows then take a hammer to the box to get the keys. They were super convinient when I worked at a dealer. Haven't seen one in the wild in years. That car is a Proto BTW.

Surprised to hear this, I thought they would store the keys in a more secure way. Where about in the US are you located? Worked at a Nissan dealer?
