I had that exact nismo shifter on my 350z. I think I had every one nismo made at one point and time.

had the black then both titanium versions tall and short and the carbon version too. didnt like that one as much because the carbon sleeve in the middle was free spinning and it would buzz a bit from trans vibrations. also the dark chrome really didnt look good in the car.

the last one I had and kept the longest was the short Ti version in the first pic. it went on with like a hex key that would tighten at the top. it didnt have a rubber washer at the bottom so I had to go to home depot and find something similar then zip tie to boot up to it

Actually I don't think I will replace the shift knob, it looks amazing. If we were talking 370z then yeah, the oem knob in that one is fugly as hell. But this one is just too perfect for me to replace.
