What a pain in the ass to get the factory gear knob off! Took me and my buddy to hold the shifter itself with a pipe wrench so it didn’t spin and ruin the synchros and a strap wrench with rubber wrapped around the gear knob itself to get it off! Anyways super happy with the new gear knob. It’s nice and small and countersunk. The only big knob I like having in my hand is my own….lol 🤣

Honestly it took us about an hour because we weren’t sure if it was reverse threaded because it was so hard to loosen (thought maybe we were tightening it….lol). Just had a lot of locktite on it
