I follow BAT closely, and having owned a couple of 280ZXs and currently a G37S.Coupe 6MT, I look at 300ZX auctions even closer. Usually it’s the low mileage all-original twin turbos that fetch the most money. In this case I think the price was as high as it was because people in the know knew how well this example was modified and how costly it is to build such a car. Otherwise, modified examples don’t usually go for so much.

Yup, a year from now it should EASILY double in price, heck even 3-6 months from now if the right buyer comes along.
