New member here from south Fort Worth, TX. Currently own 2020 Supra as a toy, I daily a 2020 Ranger, and selling my 1968 Mustang (not much into classic American Muscle anymore). Looking forward to the release of the new Z. I've already got plans for it like everyone else. It's gonna be hard to decide between driving the Supra and the Z, but that's a tough decision you can't go wrong with. I've owned a '78 280Z and a '90 300ZX TT in the past. Looking forward to meeting other Z35 owners after the release and hitting up ZCON every year (I've been wanting to go for a while but haven't owned a Z in 7 years).

These are some great photos @cb8806! How long did you have your Z's for?
Thank you. I had the 280Z for a few months trying to repair it. The garage owner that was helping me had health issues and I lost my place to work out of while in college. Had to sell since I couldn’t repair floor pans in my apartment complex. The 300ZX TT was a few months as well, but a fun few months. Ended up developing a knock and I didn’t have the money (again in college still) to get the engine rebuilt like it needed. I’d still love to own another Z32 TT.

With your Z32 experience, would you say the new Nissan Z is enough of a successor to it?
Anything you like/dislike about it so far?

I believe it’ll be a great successor. Nissan needed to get back to a twin turbo platform to succeed to the Z32. The rear end of the new Nissan Z is reminiscent of the Z32, and I love how the front end pays homage and looks similar to the S30. Overall I feel it’s gonna be a great vehicle and I’m ready to see how the aftermarket responds.

What first mods would you do and any aftermarket brands and products from them you'd like to see initially?

First mods would be springs or coilovers, wheels and tires, exhaust, and cold air intake. I’d like to see products from GReddy, HKS, Tomei, and other brands. I’m sure the aftermarket will be huge as always for Z cars so parts should be plentiful.
