I appreciate simple and clean designs so this is a win for me. I didn't think about it before but now that St00k mentions it, the logo is similar to VW's new one.

Yes, they really didn't do much.

A slight change to the 'NISSAN' font and taking away the boldness of the old logo is what it comes down to. And sometimes that can make a big difference. The old version looks stuck in the 90's and early 00's.

Funny, I didn't like it, but it does look quite good on the Ariya.

Nissan has now officially confirmed the new logo with the Ariya launch.

Nissan even released a short promo video to celebrate the new Nissan logo.

Yes, so on the car it looks pretty much the same until it's illuminated. I'm still not sure.

It might grow on me (like it does in that very eco-centric video they produced!)

It looks great! I wonder if the light up emblem will be exclusive to EVs. I really want it to light up on the 400Z.
