Here's a cool '420Z' rendering meant to be a homage to the Nissan/Datsun 240Z
Same here.Alright 9 out of 10 times I hate these renders but I have to say this one I like. The rims don't do it for me, but the overall body shape, front and rear elements are a pretty cool take on a modern 240. The head lights look a bit too close to the Fiat 124 spider (which I always felt the front of that had 240 inspiration in it), but overall a very cool take here.
I love the new Z34.2 but this would have been a cool take if they could have done a ground up build.
Beautiful. Puts the new Z’s design to shame, though the new Z isn’t an unattractive car. Hypothetically, I’d opt for this design over the Z’s given the choice. Here's a cool '420Z' rendering meant to be a homage to the Nissan/Datsun 240Z

Too bad a Z like it would be priced like an F-Type (70k to start) and just wouldn't make a good business case for Nissan.Beautiful. Puts the new Z’s design to shame, though the new Z isn’t an unattractive car. Hypothetically, I’d opt for this design over the Z’s given the choice.
I doubt it’d be $70k but certainly more than $40k due to altered mounting points. Aside from the mounting points being different (no small feat and not inexpensive) there’s little to nothing else adding to the cost. Do you think it’s be $30k to do this?Too bad a Z like it would be priced like an F-Type (70k to start) and just wouldn't make a good business case for Nissan.
