Leaving aside the stupidly low stance, overcooked rear haunches, and absurd wheels, this looks very Ferrari-esque at the front, which is an improvement. But I can think of three reasons Nissan didn't go this route:
- no connection to Z heritage at all design-wise
- far too constricted air flow for the rad and turbo intercooler
- the hood is already long, increasing that length impedes driveability (see: C7 Vette, from the driver's seat it seems like there is an aircraft carrier deck ahead of you).
