If you're like me and weren't able to go to SEMA here's what the Z Proto Spec looked on display.
I was surprised they didn't bring the blue one either. Especially, as you pointed out, since SEMA is such a huge deal and they don't have a modified one to display yet. They should really bring out the Blue also, since it's SEMA with tons of exposure. Would be easy to transport it from Anaheim after JCCS.
I wonder if the LA Auto Show being around the corner has anything to do with that decision. They should really bring out the Blue also, since it's SEMA with tons of exposure. Would be easy to transport it from Anaheim after JCCS.
Maybe.... But, 2021? Modern logistics? Even 1990 logistics. I don't know. I live 45 min East of Anaheim, 1 hour East of LA and 4 hours and 45 minutes west of LV. Feels like you could get something to all 3 sites in the same weekend with a few hours of detailing on each side, let alone events weeks apart, without too much difficulty. Whatever decision was made on which car is where has to be for a reason.I wonder if the LA Auto Show being around the corner has anything to do with that decision.
It will be on from Fri., Nov. 19, 2021 – Sun., Nov. 28, 2021
I guess it might have been a matter of which fits better with SEMA? If so the Z Proto is definitely it.Maybe.... But, 2021? Modern logistics? Even 1990 logistics. I don't know.
