We have photos of a Nissan Z prototype in Arizona, this time at a Miami area Taco Bell parking lot. These photos give us a better look at what the new Z looks like in-person. Next to it is what's believed to be another Z prototype.

What do you think? The drivers were hungry and stopped to get some t-bell? They put the covers on the Z’s but one blew off due to some heavy wind, hence being stuck on the rear plate? Cool pics though!

It does seem like the suspension is raised a bit on this car. Maybe it's just my eyes playing tricks.

Wondering if the new Z's sport trim level has the bigger rims similar to how it was with the 370 trims. Maybe we're looking at a base model with smaller wheels which would then show a larger wheel gap. Just a thought.

Agreed, these appear to be 19" wheels, likely the same size as are found on the 370 Sport.

Nissan gives generous wheel wells for the inevitable tuner community that's gonna slap on 12" wide rear wheels.
At the same time, they have to balance the wheel/tire ratio to the vehicle to hit performance, drivability and MPG goals.

A small lowering kit and some modest wheel spacers can make the OEM wheels look fine.

Has anyone else noticed that some online publications are actually being deceived by this rather unconvincing grille camouflage? I have seen various articles claiming that the Z has changed the grille design - even going so far as to imply that they "caved to the public pressure" and what not.

I really thought that this was a rather obvious, and slightly lazy, attempt at misdirection by whomever applied the camo but, wow, some people are actually buying it wholesale

Yeah, I've seen the youtube and instagram dedicated pages saying the same thing. The best part is people in the comments ranting for a paragraph about how good or bad the "new" grille design is. The way i see it, if they actually want the right information they'll find their way to the forums.
