Wow, that is extremely close to what we've seen. I'd buy that this is what we'll see in the production model. The rear side markers and various sensors lend credence to that (in fact, I should think that slightly flat, darkened area of the headlamps is the front amber reflector location).

Getting closer, so looks like the official name will be Nissan 400Z, fitting enough, and will be a 2022 Production model. Good info.

That might just be this:

Unless that's stylization is an amber reflector, it's probably just an Easter egg.

Here's the link to where I found this image:

Oh, I have seen that detail (and it is rather lovely) but I would be confused as to where the front marker is going to appear if not in that space. It's possible that it's just not shown in the patent illustrations but, since the rear marker is clearly displayed, I would assume it's either in the headlamp casing or extremely cleverly hidden elsewhere. Unless there has been a very recent change, the NHTSA still requires amber side markers up front and red in the rear.

I wonder if that Z logo will still remain but that an amber element will also be included in that space.

Wow this looks fantastic! They weren't kidding about the production model looking the same as the Proto. I'm wonder how visible those details in the front grille are going to be on the car.
