Along with the Supra, Leon's R33 GT-R was my favorite in the first movie, too bad it didn't get more screen time.

The Charger and RX-7 I like but that might also just be nostalgia as well haha.

My favorite Fast and Furious car from all the movies is the silver R34 from 2 Fast 2 Furious. Followed by the Veilside RX-7 in Tokyo Drift.
