Them splash guards are probably worth it just to help with rock chips and dirt.
Other than that I don't see anything there that will add anything special to the Z.

I want the floor mats black kick plates and maybe the welcome lighting.

from the pics ive seen the splash guards looks really bad on the Z unfortunately especially the lighter colors as they totally break the flow of the lower two tone rear bumper

I’ve always viewed it as grossly inconsiderate to buy a car and not put mud guards on it. Not only do they protect the paint on your car, but they minimize the kicking up of rocks and other debris that smashes into windshields and front ends. NOBODY should buy a Z or any other car without installing splash guards. That said, I’d also opt for all-weather floor mats if/when they come out from the factory or otherwise (Weathertech overlooks some models of performance cars when expanding their selection of excellent mats).

the biggest issue is all the Z's have the two tone in the lower rear and the fact that it cuts into that ruins the lines. might be passable on black

the front ones are more subtle

Agreed. The Z looks so much better without them in most colors.
What I would do is get aftermarket rear canards like this:

Do these affect the aerodynamics of the car? Just curious to know the impact without them?

To their credit they do mimic and extend the design of the lower side skirt but I'm sure the downforce difference with and without are negligible at best

Seeing on other color Zs might help, such as Seiran Blue and Passion Red, maybe Ikazuchi Yellow.
